A distinguished coffee sourced from a collective of dedicated small-scale producers in Apia. These producers are renowned for their passion and commitment to cultivating high-quality coffees through sustainable practices and meticulous techniques that highlight the inherent excellence of each bean. Apia, nestled in the western foothills of the Andes mountain range within Colombia's Risaralda Department, significantly benefits from the Andes' influence on its geography, climate, and natural resources.

The Andes, a prominent mountain range spanning much of South America, contributes to Apia's dramatic landscape of steep slopes, valleys, and ridges, with elevations ranging from 1,300 to 2,000 meters. This mountainous terrain, coupled with the region's fertile volcanic soil, creates an optimal environment for agriculture, especially coffee cultivation. The high-altitude conditions guarantee a temperate climate with cool temperatures and consistent rainfall, which are crucial for the growth of exceptional Arabica coffee.
